Melinda is a member of the Speaking and Consulting Network, an affilate member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, and Associate Member of the Oklahoma Dental Association. She is a graduate of Bob Pike's Train the Trainer Boot Camp, and is a certified consultant for Bent Ericksen & Associates, leaders in personnel management and employment law compliance.
Melinda is currently working with new practices through “hands on” coaching. She will lead the new practitioner and staff through the mine field of dental mishaps, guiding them to success and growth.
